Oto Luthar is Prof. of History and Director of the Scientific Research Center of the Slovene Academy of Science and Arts, Slovenia. His main areas of research have focused on modern history and ideas, social and cultural history of the 19th and 20th centuries. Prof. Luthar has taught at Yale University, the University of Maribor and in Vienna, Berlin and Slovenia.
